Spring Jug is a hand-printed collagraph print featuring chine collé, inspired by my growing collection of ceramics and my love for flowers, particularly snowdrops.
 
This still life print is perfect for a kitchen, living room, or bedroom.
 
The image measures 18 cm x 18 cm and is a limited edition, hand-printed collagraph printed on 300 gsm Somerset printing paper using oil-based inks.
 
Chine collé is a decorative paper that forms the surface the jug is sitting on and this is a limited edition of only 12  signed and numbered prints. They are all printed on my etching press; therefore, each print is unique.
 
Collagraph is a similar technique to etching but uses nontoxic methods and natural materials to create the printing plate. I enjoy the rich textures and atmosphere you can create within Collagraph. The individual inking for each print creates unique variations within each edition.
